Thank you, my dear friend, for each delightful bit of Tasting Jerusalem you shared with our global cooking community in 2014. Looking forward to many more flavor adventures in 2015!
Me too! I just found a great Instagram post to kick off the new year for TJ – using our very first ingredient – sumac! and in such a unique way! Here’s to many more culinary discoveries in 2015 my very dear friend and TJ partner.
Beth,
Happy Hannukah to you and your family. Thanks for all the wonderful, tempting and mouthwatering recipes! You have expanded my repertoire and my enjoyment. This week, I have organized 10 years of recipe clippings (yes! paper!) and in the “stacks” I found numerous wonderful items from you! Bruce is helping me to get the many folders into tip top shape.
Speaking of Tip Top….I have a fresh bottle of Pernod and see chicken with mandarins in our future.
Here’s to a 2015 filled with many more cooking adventures.
Gretchen
Ah yes – the recipe clippings – I have those too! Now I try my best to always put what I want to save into Evernote but I have many wonderful recipes in paper going so far back!
You inspire me too Gretchen. I look forward to cooking with you in 2015 and by the way – the chicken w Jerusalem artichokes and saffron and tarragon is possibly as good as the clementine one. OMG!
Hope you had a wonderful Hannukah and are looking forward to a fabulous 2015.
