The cranberries can come straight from the freezer but be sure to rinse them off and pick through for stems.
Bring the ingredients to a boil. Maintain a low boil and you’ll hear the cranberries start to pop. So much fun!
I like the Spanish citrus liqueur called 43 but any orange liqueur is a great addition.
Use a potato masher or the back of a wooden spoon or leave it super chunky!
Cool, refrigerate or freeze leaving at least a 1/2 inch of head space in the jar if you freeze.
