The Best Fruit Crisp Recipe

A fresh fruit crisp is the ultimate simple summer dessert. Make extra topping so when you have a last minute bbq or extra fruit to use, the topping is ready to go!

First, combine the topping ingredients in a bowl (or stand mixer). It's ready when it's a coarse pebbly texture.


Place all your fruit filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pro-tip: mix directly in the baking dish!


Top the fruit filling with the crisp topping - sometimes I use these little ramekins and make individual portions!


Bake the crisp for 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees. It will be bubbling around the edges when it's done.


Let the crisp cool and then serve with whipped cream or iced cream. The perfect summer bite! I could eat this for dessert every day.
