The Best Roasted Grapes Recipe

Roasting grapes might be new to you but I urge you to get cozy with the idea! From a special cheese tray condiment to a perfect pairing with roast chicken to a salad dazzler!

These are the ingredients to flavor the grapes, Plus, of course, you need the grapes and fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme.

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Remove grapes from stems and chop shallots. Put grapes and shallots on a parchment-lined baking sheet.


Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, salt and pepper directly on to the grapes and shallots.


 Mix up the ingredients right on the parchment-lined tray and then place your fresh herbs all over.


Roast for 25 minutes at 425°F. Let grapes cool if using for cheese tray. Can make ahead and refrigerate for later use.
