Here are the ingredients you need to make roasted turkey stock. You can vary the type of turkey parts and vegetable and herbs.

First, gather your turkey parts and vegetables into your roasting pan and slather them with olive oil and salt and pepper.

Roast at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Then place the roasted turkey and veggies in your stock pot.

While it’s still hot, deglaze the roasting pan with brandy, white wine, stock, or water and add that into your stock pot.

Add water and additional herbs and spices to the stock pot along with the roasted turkey, veggies and deglazing liquid.

Bring the stock pot contents up to a boil, partially cover the pot and let it simmer for 2 – 3 hours.

Let the turkey stock cool, strain the stock through a fine mesh strainer. Admire your beautiful stock then refrigerate.
