Instant Pot Recipes

There's no denying a pressure cooker can help get dinner on the table faster than spending hours making something in the oven. Where an Instant Pot (or any electric pressure cooker) really shines is taking larger, tougher cuts of meat and making them melt-in-your-mouth tender. My Instant Pot Brisket: Fast and Flavorful for the Jewish Holidays is a great example! This recipe will quickly become a family favorite.

Looking to free up the oven for other dishes? The Instant Pot can help with that too! It makes flavorful side dishes in an Instant (no pun intended) like this Instant Pot Barberry Rice (Zereshk Polo)

You should also give my Instant Pot Carnitas a try the next time you just want a quick and easy dinner to set and forget! Taco Tuesday may never be the same again!

Enjoy browsing all my Instant Pot recipes! I'm sure you'll find something new your family will love!
