Pomegranate Molasses Recipes

Pomegranate molasses’ tart and tangy flavor enhances so many dishes — from cocktails to salads, from meats to desserts. Though it’s widely used in Middle Eastern cuisine, this pucker-worthy ingredient plays so well in dishes that reach beyond the Eastern Mediterranean borders.

You’ll find so many easy ideas to inspire you to finish that jar of pomegranate syrup in no time at all. Sear a flank steak and just let the pomegranate molasses soak in and create a sauce while the meat is resting.

My favorite recipe in the group? Hard to pick but the pomegranate molasses dressing is simple to make and takes your salad up to a whole new level of yum.
